Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method if you cancel your service within 24 hours of booking and provided our team has not yet started working on your order. This policy ensures fairness to both parties, recognizing the allocation of resources and planning that goes into preparing for your service.
Partial or No Refund: If you cancel more than 24 hours after booking and our team has already begun working on your order, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In certain cases, no refund will be possible. Services, unlike physical products, are built on time and effort that cannot be recovered.
